Hourly In-Home Respite (Males - Ages 9 to 17) 8 Hours Maximum

Whether you are looking to get away for a date night, or your child has an early release from school, or you simply need to run errands and want some peace and quiet. We are here for the little moments that add up to help you feel rested and restored.

After a mental health crisis, both child and parents are exhausted and need space and time. We’ve got your back during these times as well.

Daily In-Home Respite (Males - Ages 9 to 17) - 5 Days Maximum

Not all family time can be enjoyed when you have a child with Developmental Trauma. Let Blue Sky step in and help when it would be safer and more peaceful to leave your child at home.

Levels of Care

Low Level Structure: Full visual and audible supervision with minimal need to structure daily activities- Go with with the flow kind of schedule with supervision and support.

Medium Level Structure: Full visual and audible supervision with semi-structured daily activities - Changing activities every 1-2 hours with maintained supervision and support.

High Level Structure: Full visual and audible supervision with fully structured daily activities. Changing activities every 20-30 minutes with 15 minute structured transition time with maintained supervision and support.

Rates

Rates are based off level of structure needed, scheduled vs emergency, full day vs hourly. Level of structure needed will be determined through the registration and intake process. Discounts for multiple 24-hour days.

Our Process

Registration

When you determine you need Respite, you can fill out the registration form. This is not a guarantee of service, but rather a starting point to see if your child is eligible for services.

Phone Call/Zoom Call with Parents

Blue Sky will schedule a meeting to review your answers on your registration form and determine eligibility of services and scheduling.

Intake Packet

Once your child is eligible for services, you will receive our Intake Packet, Medical Forms, Policies & Procedures, Service Contract Agreement, and Payment Agreement. A second call may be scheduled based off information presented.

Respite

Respite is provided. Level of care changes based off your child’s behaviors. All behaviors or notable information documented daily for the child’s care team.

Reporting & Invoicing

Post Respite, each family will receive detailed respite notes. These notes are able to be shared with your child’s professional care team. A final invoice based off the level of care needed throughout the days of respite will be provided along with the respite notes.
